Job Description:
- Supervise Hong Kong & PRC Office accounting staffs
- Prepare monthly financial statement, management report and consolidations
- Cash flow management
- Responsible for financial analysis and prepare budget
- Liaise with Auditors with respect to audit and taxation matter
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or a ACCA Level II completed or its equivalent
- 8-10 years' trading/management accounting experience included 3 years in group consolidation and supervisory experience
- Solid experience in set up and development accounting policy, procedures and controls
- Hand on experience in Peachtree system
- Knowledge in company secretarial matters is a definite advantage
- Independent, initiative, analytical mind with excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Good Command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
