Responsibilities:
- Reconcile insurer’s statements with the sub-ledgers. Follow-up with operation departments for any discrepancies during the reconciliation;
- Check invoices are calculated correctly
- Handle Accounts Receivable
- Assist with Credit Control using spoken Mandarin
- Go to bank for accounting or banking tasks;
- Provide clerical support such as document filing.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- LCCI Intermediate level or above will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Proficiency in Computer Skills such as Excel
- Detail-minded and independent
- Patient, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available or short notice preferred
