Accounting Manager (Code: AM)

Reports to Financial Controller, the candidate is responsible to :

• Sign the invoices produced by LCI to be distributed to business partner.
• Assist to authorize credit temp for distributor and analyze the income statement and balance sheet report.
• Prepare the report of sales and volume, the income statement and balance sheet into HFM
• Prepare the financial report to CFO, Senior Manager Finance and Control, and ensure operational comply with Group policy.
• Close and open general ledger, account receivable and account payable.
• Set – up /update foreign currency exchange rate.
• Review all manual entries prior to recording in general ledger.
• The person in charge in to manage day-to day operation & preparation include manage the staff of Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fixed Asset and General Account.
• Control and Monitor manual entries has cash on Bank.
• Ensure the confidentiality of the company’s documentation.

General Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor degree from recognized university majoring in Accounting/Finance
• Have minimum 7 years working experience in Accounting or Min. 2 year in Manager Level.
• Must be hands on in solving problem and avoid short cut and short-term solutions.
• Must be strong in detail and number crunching.
• Possess good knowledge of Cost Accounting, Management Accounting and Tax.
• Knowledge/experience with Accounting/Financial software (SAP, JDE, PICKS).
• English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
