To meet expanding demands in our operations, we are looking for candidates who can complement our current team that manages a portfolio of client companies.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client companies’ full set of accounts proficiently and independently
- Prepare and review of monthly/ quarterly management reporting and GST returns
- Prepare unaudited financial statements, cashflow statement, Directors’ Report and Statement of Directors with minimal supervision
- Handle queries from clients and third party providers which include but not limited to auditors and tax authorities
- Able to handle corporate secretarial work
Requirement:
- Diploma in Accountancy or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Singapore
- Fresh graduates will be considered for Assistants positions
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients
- Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision
- A can-do attitude with good initiatives
- Ability to work to tight deadline
- Singaporeans and PRs preferred
We also welcome ACCA or accounting degree under-graduates who want to do a 3 to 6 months internship with us.
