Part I: Job Descriptions
- Motivate and develop a team of over 10 staff and maximizing the team’s efficiency
- Ensure the operation has appropriate systems and controls in place to comply with all statutory, regulatory and Group requirements.
- Analyze the business performance and identify operational risks, provide commercial and financial insight to senior management team, challenge line managers decisions when appropriate
- Develop and secure a sound and efficient accounting system for data capturing and generation of accounting reports
- Lead the financial planning and management of the company
- Develop financial models for new projects, prepare sensitivity analysis and risk assessment.
- Handle business-related projects e.g. process improvement, re-organization / re-engineering and commercial recommendations.
Reports To: Group CFO/Finance Director of Trading
Supervises: Finance Manager, Asst Finance Manager
Part II: Job Skill Required
- Degree / Professional qualification in accounting or equivalent, with 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Customer-service oriented with strong teamworking skills
- Experience of using SAP (Finance)
- MInimum 12 years of work experience preferably gained with MNC
- Natural self-starter; self-motivated, resourceful, action oriented, with excellent analytical skills and good numerical accuracy.
- Proactive approach and outstanding interpersonal skills to communicate with management at all levels throughout the business are expected
- A strong leader with strong management skills and superior work ethic; hardworking, drive results to logical end and unwavering personal integrity
- Possess good business acumen, a problem solver with excellent analytical skills
- Experience from working in matrix environment with multiple business is a plus
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and ideally Mandarin
